For operatives.Every step prompted, every record complete.
Portal runs an operative’s day on a Vanguard job, prompting them through all the paperwork so that nothing is missed and the client gets the full picture.
Overview
What it is
Portal is the operative’s side of the Vanguard platform. It walks the crew through each stage of a job, from preparing to set off to finishing on site, and prompts them to complete every document along the way. It is the engine behind detailed risk assessments, and it uses Vanguard’s own built-in time stamp app to record what happened and when.
Features
What it does
- Prompts for all paperwork.Operatives are guided through every document the job needs, so nothing depends on memory or on chasing afterwards.
- Builds detailed risk assessments.Assessments are developed from the job itself, so they are thorough and consistent from one crew to the next.
- Time stamps what happens on site.Vanguard’s built-in time stamp app records key moments as they happen, giving a clear, dated record of the job.
- Prompts when to set off.Operatives are told when to leave, so crews arrive on time and the job starts as planned.
- Carries a load list for every job. Each job has its own load list, so the right equipment is on the vehicle before it leaves.
Benefits
Why it matters
- Clients get the information they deserve.Because every step is prompted and recorded, clients receive complete information about their job, not just a final sign-off.
- The same standard on every job.Paperwork quality no longer depends on which crew is sent.
- A better record for everyone.Time-stamped, complete records protect the client, the operative and Vanguard.
- Joined up with the office.Portal is part of the same platform as Pilot, so the office and the field work from the same job.
