Once the plan is approved, someone has to put it out, maintain it and take it away. We coordinate that delivery through trusted Key Delivery Partners across the UK, so you still have one point of contact from the first drawing to the final day on site.
What is delivered
- Footway closures and protected pedestrian routes.
- Lane closures, give-and-take and priority working.
- Temporary traffic signals, including multi-phase and pedestrian-phase systems.
- Road closures with advance signing and signed diversion routes.
- Barriers, cones, signs and lighting to the approved drawing.
- Daily inspections, maintenance and adjustments as the works progress.
- Removal and site clearance at the end of the works.
How delivery works
Vanguard plans the job, secures the approvals and briefs the delivery partner on the drawing, the permit conditions and your programme. The partner installs, maintains and removes the traffic management. Vanguard stays in contact throughout, deals with changes and is your single point of contact if anything needs adjusting.
Delivery partners are selected for the location and type of works. National coverage comes from this network of trusted regional partners rather than from Vanguard depots.
Changes on site
Works change. If the programme moves, the layout needs adjusting or the authority adds a condition, tell us and we coordinate the change with the partner and, where needed, the authority.

Yes. Many clients use us for drawings and permits and deliver the traffic management themselves or through their own contractor.
